It is mildly entertaining and more like a comedy than other genre. Lead character was amusing, the police staff were all rookies, mafia and killers were dumb.

First of all, the show is too long. The episodes are almost all 60+ minutes, and there are 13 of them.
I don't think anyone can play crazy as well as Erdal Besikçioglu . He apparently can speak English as he does speak some English in 46 Yok Olan, so he could go out and conquer the world with his version of crazy.
